Alison Lovell
Interim Director of the AACIHC; Business Operations Administrator

Alison Lovell is the current Interim Director of the Arizona Advisory Council on Indian Health Care, and the Business Operations Administrator. Previously she served as the COVID-19 Health Disparities Grants Manager.  She is a Nationally and State-certified Emergency Medical Technician, and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, with experience working in underserved communities during the COVID-19 public health emergency.  She holds dual degrees in Healthcare Administration and General Sciences, has served as an EMS and Telehealth subject matter expert, and as the State Medicaid Program’s Policy and Education Manager for Fee-for-Service populations. In her downtime, she volunteers for various EMS organizations, participates in Search and Rescue response, and does free personal training and martial arts lessons in underserved communities. She is also an avid backpacker, caver and hiker, and has recently entered the weird and wild world of "birding". 

Alison is currently serving as the Interim Director for the AACIHC.
